Geography

Mathilakam Grama Panchayat is enriched with coastal plain landscapes. The Arabian Sea lies on the western side of the Panchayat. The Canoli Canal passes through the Panchayat area, enhancing its ecological and geographical significance. Water bodies such as Cheriyathodu and Perunthodu also contribute to the natural richness of the region.
