Mathilakam Grama Panchayat Annual Plan 2026–2027

Applications Invited for the Selection of Individual / Family / Group Beneficiaries

Applications are invited from eligible beneficiaries for the following projects implemented under the People's Planning Programme for the financial year 2026–27. The prescribed application forms can be obtained from the respective Ward Members or Anganwadis. Duly completed applications shall be submitted through the concerned Ward Member or Anganwadi. Incomplete applications or applications containing false information will be rejected.

  • More than one application from the same family for the same purpose will not be accepted.
  • A separate application form must be submitted for each project.
  • Applicants should be regular users who hand over waste to Haritha Karma Sena.
  • If selected as a beneficiary, applicants shall produce the required documents such as the 2026–27 Land Tax Receipt, Building Tax Receipt, Bank Passbook, Aadhaar Card, Ration Card, Haritha Karma Sena User Fee Card, and any other documents as and when requested.

52/27 - Study Room for Scheduled Caste Students
  • Students studying in Classes V to Plus Two in Government, Aided, Special, Technical Schools or Kendriya Vidyalayas.
  • Annual family income shall not exceed ₹3 lakh.
  • The existing house should have a plinth area below 800 sq. ft.
  • Sufficient space should be available to construct a 120 sq. ft. study room.
  • Must be a permanent resident within the Mathilakam Block Panchayat area.
54/27 - Musical Instruments for Scheduled Caste Youth Groups
  • Registered youth groups consisting of 5 to 15 Scheduled Caste members.
  • Members should be below 45 years of age.
  • The group should possess experience and capability to function as a performing unit.
  • Must be permanent residents within the Mathilakam Block Panchayat area.

  • Applicants who have not received financial assistance for the purchase of a scooter during the last eight years.

  • Applicants must be engaged in farming within Mathilakam Grama Panchayat.
  • Must own at least 25 cents of land.
  • Should be interested in coconut cultivation.

  • Applicants must be engaged in farming within Mathilakam Grama Panchayat.
  • Must own at least 10 cents of land.
  • Should be interested in nutmeg cultivation.

81 - Nutri-Rich Initiative – Distribution of Banana Seedlings

84 - Medicinal Plant Cultivation
  • Applicants must be engaged in farming within Mathilakam Grama Panchayat.
  • Must own at least 5 cents of land.
  • Must have sufficient space to plant a minimum of five arecanut seedlings.
  • Women's groups are eligible.
86 - Pest and Disease Management for Coconut Palms
  • Applicants must be engaged in farming within Mathilakam Grama Panchayat.
  • Must own at least 5 cents of land.
  • Should be interested in coconut cultivation.
  • Must be a small or marginal farmer.
50 - Scholarship for Scheduled Caste Students
  • Applicants must belong to the Scheduled Caste category.
  • Must be permanent residents of Mathilakam Grama Panchayat.
  • Must be regular students studying in Government or Government-recognized institutions.
  • Students pursuing Degree, Postgraduate, ITI, Diploma, B.Ed., or Professional Courses are eligible to apply.
91 - Furniture for Scheduled Caste Students
  • Applicants must belong to the Scheduled Caste category.
  • Applicants shall be BPL or non-BPL families subject to the prescribed annual income limit of ₹50,000.
  • Students who have already received the same benefit from the Scheduled Caste Development Department or any other source are not eligible.
  • Must be permanent residents of Mathilakam Grama Panchayat.
  • Selection will be based on the list certified by the Head of the Educational Institution.
  • This benefit will be provided only once to each student.
53 - Laptop Distribution for Students from Fishermen Families
  • Applicants must be children of fishermen or allied workers who are members of the Kerala Fishermen Welfare Fund Board.
  • Must be pursuing Degree or Higher Education courses.
  • Annual family income shall not exceed ₹5 lakh.
  • Must be permanent residents of Mathilakam Grama Panchayat.
58 - Ornamental Fish Production and Rearing for Women
  • Applicants shall possess the necessary approval under the Kerala Inland Fisheries and Aquaculture Act.
  • This financial assistance is available only once.
  • Annual family income shall not exceed ₹5 lakh.
120 - Distribution of Nutrition Kits for Anaemic Women
  • Women between 15 and 50 years of age.
  • Permanent residents of Mathilakam Grama Panchayat.
  • Applicants shall produce a valid medical certificate confirming anaemia.
38 - House Renovation Assistance (General Category)
  • Applicants belonging to the Priority Category.
  • Applicants who have not received the same benefit during the previous three years.
  • The house should be at least eight years old.
92 - SHE Skills – Trade-Based Skill Development Programme for Women
  • Applicants must have been permanent residents of Mathilakam Grama Panchayat for at least one year.
  • Must have passed Plus Two (Science Stream).
  • Unemployed women between 18 and 35 years of age.
  • The beneficiary shall bear the balance amount after subsidy (75% subsidy).
  • Applicants should possess qualifications recognized by the National Sector Skill Council.
94 - Financial Assistance for Taxi Car / Pickup Van for Self-Employment (Women - Individual)
  • Applicants must have been permanent residents of Mathilakam Grama Panchayat for at least three years.
  • Women between 18 and 59 years of age.
  • Applicants should not have previously received this financial assistance.
  • Must possess a valid LMV Driving Licence.
  • Applicants should not own any four-wheeler at the time of application.
97 - House Renovation Assistance (Scheduled Caste)
  • Applicants must belong to the Scheduled Caste category.
  • The house should be at least eight years old.
  • Annual family income shall not exceed ₹3 lakh.
47 - Distribution of Mineral Mixture / Deworming Medicine for Dairy Farmers
  • Families with an annual income not exceeding ₹5 lakh.
  • Applicants must be dairy farmers.
  • Must be permanent residents of Mathilakam Grama Panchayat.
49 - Backyard Poultry Rearing Scheme (Women)
  • Families with an annual income not exceeding ₹5 lakh.
  • Must be permanent residents of Mathilakam Grama Panchayat.
  • Applicants should not have received assistance under this scheme during the previous two years.
54 - Calf Rearing Scheme
  • Families with an annual income not exceeding ₹5 lakh.
  • Applicants must be small or marginal farmers.
